Oatey internship program invites undergraduates in Business Management or Marketing to join a dynamic product team. You will benchmark competitors, support VOC research, and help plan product launches.

You'll work with mentors, participate in weekly forums, and develop training materials while gaining hands-on experience in New Product Development.

Outstanding interns may be hired after graduation, creating a pathway to leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Proficient with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with consumer packaged goods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Benchmark competitors by comparing Oatey’s products with competitors.
• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research.
• Assist in planning and executing product launches.
• Support projects through the New Product Development process.
• Help prepare and deliver training materials.
• Perform daily and weekly product maintenance activities.
