Oatey is offering a 12-week summer internship in Product Management for 2027. You will join a fast-paced team, work on meaningful product strategies, and gain exposure to leadership.

The program emphasizes mentorship, development, and networking with peers across the organization. Ideal candidates are undergraduates studying Business Management or Marketing with strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and familiarity with Office 365.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student pursuing a degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Familiar with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assess competitors by benchmarking the company’s products against others.
• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research.
• Assist in planning and carrying out product launches.
• Assist with driving projects through the New Product Development process.
• Assist with creating and delivering launch materials for new and existing products.
• Assist with preparing and delivering training materials.
• Carry out daily and weekly product maintenance activities.
