Job summary

Oatey internship program invites undergraduates in Business Management or Marketing to join a dynamic product team. You will benchmark competitors, support VOC research, and help plan product launches.

You'll work with mentors, participate in weekly forums, and develop training materials while gaining hands-on experience in New Product Development.

Outstanding interns may be hired after graduation, creating a pathway to leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Proficient with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with consumer packaged goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assess competitors by benchmarking Oatey's products against competitor products
• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research
• Assist in planning and executing product launches
• Support projects through the New Product Development process
• Help execute new and existing product/program launch materials
• Assist with preparation and delivery of training materials
• Perform daily and weekly product maintenance activities

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business Management or Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter mentality
• Proficiency with Office 365 software including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Consumer packaged goods experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $20.00 USD
