Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research on key industry competitors to analyze product portfolios, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Applications Engineering, and Technical Support to update product documentation and manuals.
• Assist in developing and revising customer-facing and internal technical documentation for accuracy and usability.
• Provide tactical project support for new product launches, including marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
• Contribute to ongoing product management initiatives by supporting cross-functional projects and research.
