Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Strong interest in software development processes, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, or cloud services.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist in gathering user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions with developers to understand feasibility, constraints, and options.
• Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to plan features.
• Help build and maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Refine requirements through backlog grooming, clarifying edge cases and workflows.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to validate requirements and stories.
• Assist in testing features and ensuring quality of delivered work.
• Contribute to release planning and documentation; analyze performance and feedback for improvements.
• Prepare reports, demos, and presentations communicating progress to stakeholders.
