Job summary

CarGurus is seeking a Product Management Intern to join our Consumer squad, helping millions of shoppers connect with the right car, insights, and tools. This 11-week Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience and networking opportunities in a hybrid model based in Boston, MA.

The role runs June through August 2027, with an expected full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and about 60% of time in the Boston office.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with eligibility to complete a full-time internship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in user needs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA) and Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and delivery.
Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and data to inform product decisions.
Participate in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing features.
Support tracking of product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to product launches and go-to-market activities with documentation and communications.
Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and strategy.
Share insights with stakeholders through presentations and team discussions.
