Job summary

Springs Window Fashions invites student interns to join the Product Management team for Summer 2027. The role focuses on a competitive product assessment across blinds and shades and improving accessibility to the assessment tool across the organization.

You will contribute to roadmap updates, identify competitive gaps, and help highlight areas for improvement to training, sales and marketing teams. This paid internship includes cross-functional collaboration and professional development

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level.
• Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Related Major Preferred.
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Management team with a comprehensive competitive product assessment across blinds and shades categories.
• Help streamline organization access to an assessment tool across the company.
• Contribute to delivering key deliverables that inform roadmap updates.
• Identify gaps to competition and areas for specific improvement needs.
• Assist in identifying areas where the company rises above competitors for training, sales and marketing.
