Amtrak's Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Choose & Book ART Support Intern position in Washington, DC invites you to lead an internship project focused on improving product management practices within the portfolio. You will deliver actionable recommendations and documented findings that enhance planning, delivery transparency, and decision-making.

You will develop product documentation, reporting dashboards and research deliverables; analyze customer and market data; create status reports and dashboards;

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product documentation, reporting, dashboards, and research deliverables that improve visibility into the Choose & Book portfolio and support Program Increment planning activities.
• Analyze customer, market, and delivery information, document findings, and present recommendations to product leadership as part of a structured internship experience.
• Contribute to the Choose & Book product team by conducting customer and market research, improving product documentation, creating status reports and dashboards, and helping maintain product planning artifacts.
• Develop an understanding of Agile product management while producing deliverables that improve product visibility, planning readiness, and team effectiveness.
