Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on user needs, market signals, organizational strategy, and business priorities.

Develop product visions, business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for new and existing offerings; translate complex clinical, operational, policy, and market insights into useful, usable, and actionable products for physicians and other target audiences.

Product Development

Develop a strong understanding of physician and stakeholder needs, workflows, pain points, motivations, and barriers to adoption; ensure products are built to solve real user problems and support real-world decision-making, not simply to reflect internal assumptions.

Lead the development of data-informed products such as dashboards, maturity models, assessment tools, benchmark reports, and survey-based resources.

Partner with research, analytics, and content teams to structure data and insights into products that support action and decision-making.

Guide the creation of national survey reports and related resources from planning through dissemination, including framing outputs for maximum value and usability.

Manage external vendors, consultants, agencies, and technology partners involved in product strategy, design, build, analytics, content development, or implementation.

Measurement, Reporting, and Engagement

Define and monitor key performance indicators for products and resources, including reach, engagement, adoption, satisfaction, utilization, and business impact.

Design and implement measurement frameworks to assess product effectiveness and return on effort; use qualitative and quantitative data to inform iteration, improve products over time, and demonstrate value to leadership and stakeholders.

Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, risks, and results clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams; support presentation of product strategies, findings, and impact reports to leadership, advisory groups, and partners as needed.
