Job summary

H-E-B Digital Technology is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead multiple product teams and shape roadmaps that enhance digital experiences for customers and partners. You will hire, coach, and drive strategy, ensuring delivery within budgets and timelines across retail, ecommerce, and related domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Design, and Engineering to translate business priorities into tangible product outcomes, using data, user testing, and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Masters’ degree in a relevant field and/or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or technology consulting.
• Experience supporting retail, supply chain, ecommerce, or digital marketing operations.
• Experience leading / managing people or teams (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more sections or departments, overseeing costs, methods, and staffing.
• Drive end-to-end product development, including roadmaps, releases, and integrations.
• Manage budgets and ensure performance against objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements.
