Slalom is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead delivery of complex business and technology initiatives in the St. Louis, MO and Kansas City, MO areas. The role requires onsite presence up to 5 days a week and emphasizes agile, measurable outcomes, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to capability growth while supporting scoping and proposals for new engagements.

Target Level: Senior Consultant; hiring candidates in St. Louis, MO, and Kansas City, MO.

**This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the St. Louis or Kansas City metropolitan areas and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office up to 5 days a week.**

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom's delivery standards.
• Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with clients and internal teams, with particular emphasis on enabling smooth migration efforts and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project execution through effective resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, while guiding teams through agile ceremonies to ensure the successful delivery of migration and modernization projects.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques-such as generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk and timeline forecasting, and automation for reporting-to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
• Support business development through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions, while also mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal capability growth.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in solution ownership, product ownership, product management, and agile delivery, ideally within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven success in delivering business or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic Institute, [1] Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

• Senior Consultant: $120,000 to $145,000
• Principal: $137,000 to $165,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
