Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites motivated undergraduate students to join our Co-op or Internship program across multiple sites including Bismarck, Buford, Minneapolis and West Fargo.

You will gain hands-on experience in product development, marketing strategy, and data analysis while contributing to real-world projects. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, learn our NPD processes, and build professional skills through structured mentorship, training events and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior seeking a degree in management, business admin, engineering or related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Team player with fast learning and adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing business cases and product requirements for NPD projects.
• Coordinate projects through the Phate-Gate system used in NPD process.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for products.
• Assist with sales promotional program implementation, verification and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports measuring product performance and distribute to stakeholders.
• Support product team with data accuracy in Oracle configurator and sales reports.
• Transfer benchmarking raw data to presentation formats.
• Support field staff and cross-functional departments with product specifications.
