Capital One is seeking a Sr. Associate, Product Management – Audit to partner with teams across technology, design and data science to deliver customer‑focused digital experiences.

This role emphasizes learning the essentials of product management, breaking down epics into features, and owning roadmaps while managing risk in an agile setting. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate business strategies into actionable features, and drive outcomes that create value for millions

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
• Preferred Qualifications: degree in CS or engineering; 1 year translating business strategy into consumer digital products; 1 year working on core product platforms; 1 year working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in agile development

Responsibilities

• You’ll learn essentials of being a product manager and be invested in to grow in four areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Transformational Leadership
• You’ll break down epics into features and user stories, drive MVPs, and define acceptance criteria with tech teams
• You’ll own and prioritize feature roadmaps and manage risk; work in an agile environment with designers, data scientists and technologists
• You’ll articulate a succinct product roadmap and share with stakeholders to drive business value
