Job summary

Capital One National Association seeks a Sr. Associate Product Manager for Audit Insights & Innovation to lead the Audit Compass experience, bridging AI capabilities with enterprise design in a regulated setting.

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to surface real-time risk insights and drive MVPs that deliver tangible value to auditors while aligning with Capital One's risk framework and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related roles (design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
• Preferred: degree in computer science or engineering; 1+ year translating business strategy into consumer digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the Audit Compass experience within Audit I&I.
• Surface real-time insights and build AI-enabled auditing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design.
• Articulate a clear product roadmap and drive MVPs through iterative testing.
