Product Line Sales Specialist – Business Aviation Parts
Full-Time | Remote (EST/CST Preferred) | ️ Travel around 5% within the US | $120K Base + Commission | Startup Opportunity
We’re working with our client to find a Product Line Sales Specialist for a newly launched, investor-backed aviation startup in the business of buying Citation 560XL jets, disassembling them, and selling high-value parts to MROs, fleet operators, dealers and aviation part suppliers.
Their goal: turn aircraft purchases into high-margin parts sales—profitably and efficiently.
They're currently a three-person team and looking to hire their fourth team member—a proven aviation parts sales expert who knows how to move high-dollar inventory and thrives in a high-reward, startup environment. The team currently consists of CEO/CFO, VP of Operations (technical expert that knows planes inside and out, VP of Sales (working to drive external sales with customers). With this role, we need a mix of sales and technical parts expertise.
About the Role
You’ll serve as our Product Line Sales Specialist, responsible for marketing and selling components across multiple sales channels and managing customer relationships. This role is a combination of deal maker, parts expert and client relationship builder / account management. You’ll work closely with the Technical Ops VP and Outside Sales VP to ensure inventory is accurately represented and aggressively marketed.
