We are seeking a Product Line Manager for our Packaging & Hygiene Services Product Line Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on profitability and competitiveness.

The Product Line Manager will oversee the Defoamers and Biocides Product Lines for P&HS North America.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of managing complex product lines and possessing technical acumen. He or she will take ownership of responsibilities and drive the product line strategy roadmap to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and long-term growth.

This hybrid position is located in the Atlanta, GA Galleria office and reports to the Director, PLM, P&HS, Americas.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a strategic product line roadmap to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Managing technical aspects (portfolio management, new product development) and commercial aspects (pricing, make vs. buy decisions, portfolio profitability).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sourcing, PSRA, R&I, Engineering & Technology, SCM, and Sales to achieve business objectives.
• Key accountabilities include:
• Product line competitiveness and profitability
• Building product line strategy & roadmap
• Managing product portfolio & lifecycle
• Optimizing commercial aspects (pricing, mix, decisions)
• Long-term capacity planning and footprint optimization
• Fulfillment strategy and service levels
• Operational optimization (input to S&OP, volume allocation)
• Technical support and claim handling

Qualifications:

• University degree in papermaking, chemistry, or related field, with strong computing skills
• Technical and commercial understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multicultural teams
• Strong influencing and project management skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Decision-making ability and independence
• Fluency in Business English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel globally (~15% in NA)
