Lever, Inc. seeks a Product Line Manager I for Running Accessories in Torrance, CA. This role acts as a consumer product expert and drives seasonal range plans, revenue and margin goals.

You will maintain product, competitor, and market information for day-to-day management. You’ll collaborate with Design, Development, Operations, Finance, and Sales to deliver briefs, analyze market trends, and plan installments across regions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of consumer product, product marketing, brand marketing or sporting goods experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business data.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong expertise in assigned product categories across NA and international markets.
• Support development and execution of product strategies through market research and competitive analysis.
• Create seasonal product briefs defining positioning, pricing, attributes, consumer insights, and brand relevance.
• Partner with Design and Development to support new product opportunities.
• Analyze market segmentation to identify relevant opportunities meeting consumer needs.
