The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Los Angeles area stores.

As part of Management, you will shape store success and contribute to our growth. You will recruit, train, and develop staff; manage inventory, visual merchandising, and promotions; analyze sales data and control expenses; and ensure health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
