Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Product Line Management Specialist II to drive seasonal strategies for Men's Performance Apparel. You will partner with Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, and regional teams to build consumer-focused assortments and manage lifecycle milestones.
You will create briefs, line plans, and tools, maintain line architecture and pricing data, and support Go-to-Market activities.
The Product Line Management Specialist II supports the development and execution of seasonal product strategies for Men's Performance Apparel. This role partners closely with Senior Product Line Managers, Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, and Regional teams to build consumer-focused assortments that meet business objectives and strengthen brand equity. The Product Line Management Specialist II plays a key role in seasonal line planning, product creation, Go-to-Market readiness, and product lifecycle management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions while managing seasonal deliverables.
Passionate about product, apparel, and the outdoor industry. Consumer-focused and energized by bringing innovative products to market. Highly collaborative and effective at building cross-functional relationships. Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across overlapping seasons. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and executional excellence. Curious and eager to learn the full product lifecycle. Comfortable using data and insights to support product recommendations. An effective communicator who can clearly articulate information, risks, and opportunities.
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
