Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Senior Auditor-leader to guide third-party certifications across multi-site organizations. The role emphasizes strategic product portfolio development and cross-functional collaboration with global, regional, and local teams.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of auditors, with travel as needed. A strong background in ISO standards and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• Minimum 5 years of 3rd-party certification audit experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization.
• Onboard, qualify, and resource auditors for sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities for sustainability services.
