Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator in Wilton, CT, to secure fast time-to-market for new and revised products. You will represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams, manage engineering changes, and ensure a reliable logistics plan across the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 4 years of experience, with preference for a Master’s and a technical environment affinity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar field is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional project team to support development of new products and modifications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate the impact of and plan engineering changes; challenge timing and supply chain impact; monitor implementation plan.
• Determine logistics consequences of proposed plan changes at project/program level.
• Coordinate material flow for prototypes, pilots, spare parts, tools & packaging with Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering and Service Logistics.
• Manage ramp up of products to support roadmaps.
• Balance material availability with customer service levels, inventory, costs and risks; identify bottlenecks and take actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to Product Lifecycle Management processes within Supply Chain Management.

The Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator's mission is to secure a swift time-to-market for new and revised products by developing, monitoring and enforcing a reliable, transparent and efficient logistic plan. You will represent the Supply Chain in a cross functional project team to manage the introduction, engineering changes and eventual phase out of products.

Role and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work in a cross functional project team to support development of new products and modifications to existing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate the impact of and plan the implementation of engineering changes. Challenge the project on timing and supply chain impact. Monitor proper execution of the implementation plan.
• Determine the logistic consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on project or program level.
• Coordinate the material flow for critical, non-volume materials (prototypes, pilots, spare parts, tools & packaging) in cooperation with Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering and Service Logistics.
• Manage the ramp up of products in the supply chain to support the product roadmaps.
• Manage material availability balanced against customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs and risks: Identify bottle necks, prepare decisions and take actions towards engineering, suppliers, factories, field to manage the critical path both for time-to-market and ramp.
• Contribute to the further processes of the Product Lifecycle Management department as part of Supply Chain Management.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience.
• Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is a plus.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $0-0

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
