Job summary

Introduction

Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.

Role and Responsibilities

The CSCM Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers through delivery to customers. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance improvements, manages team execution, and serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. The Team Leader is accountable for meeting operational objectives, maintaining service levels, resolving escalations, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members to achieve business objectives.
• Manage daily supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and customer deliveries.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery to support customer and production requirements.
• Coordinate critical shipments, expedite orders, and manage supply chain escalations.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support capacity planning, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies during supply disruptions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent years of relevant working experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong customer-facing experience, including customer engagement and service operations support.
• Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced logistics, supply chain, or customer-oriented environment strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proven track record in process improvement and implementation.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ASML logistics processes is a plus.

Location

• Primary location: Austin, Texas (ASML USA).
• Reports to the US CSCM Central Regional Manager, based in Austin, Texas.
• Primary geographic focus: Austin and Taylor, Texas.

Role within Office

• This role involves a combination of desk-based and on-site activities, including sitting, walking, and frequent use of hands for computer-based tasks.
• May require occasional physical movement such as reaching, bending, and navigating across the site.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds.
• Requires visual abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Travel may be required based on business needs (domestic and/or international).

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $100,400-138,050
