This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior-to-midlevel litigation associate looking to build a sophisticated trial practice while working on high-profile product liability, mass tort, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and class action matters. The team represents leading manufacturers across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, and consumer products. Unlike many large litigation practices, this team operates with a lean staffing model, providing associates with meaningful responsibility early in their careers. Associates work closely with experienced trial attorneys, contribute directly to case strategy, and gain valuable hands-on experience through every stage of complex litigation.
