Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the South Carolina Bar.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle depositions and client interactions as part of day-to-day case development.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage critical discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions and support partners on strategic litigation planning.
• Assist through trial preparation and execution.
