Experience with Daubert/Frye-style motions and Rule 702 expert challenges is preferred, and pharmaceutical or medical device litigation background is a plus. gpac offers competitive compensation ranging from $250,000 to $375,000 plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product liability defense experience.
• Experience with Rule 702 expert challenges and Daubert/Frye-style motions.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
