Qualifications

• JD degree and active bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years dedicated experience in medical malpractice (plaintiff side preferred).
• Proven record of successful settlements and trial experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from investigation through trial.
• Analyze medical records, identify liability, and prepare litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions of physicians, experts, and corporate witnesses.
• Collaborate with support staff and expert witnesses to build cases.
