Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to four years of litigation experience in product liability and torts and/or complex commercial litigation.
• MDLs and class actions would be a plus.
• Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred.
• Experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Will also consider federal or appellate court clerks.
• Strong academic credentials.
• NJ bar admission required; NY bar admission a plus.
