Job summary

UNRL is redefining premium performance apparel. The Product Leader will shape the product organization, translating consumer insights into differentiated products that fuel growth and strengthen the brand.

You will lead design, development, and SMU and partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure products meet timing, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Merchandising, Design, Business, Apparel, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, merchandising, or related roles within apparel or premium consumer products.
• 5+ years of leadership building high-performing product teams.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across merchandising, design, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product organization across Line Management, Design, Product Development, and SMU with clear priorities.
• Define vision, strategy, and long-range roadmap based on consumer insights and market opportunities.
• Develop seasonal assortments and product architecture balancing brand, revenue, margin, and inventory.
• Translate strategy into actionable product briefs, pricing, lifecycle decisions, and go-to-market plans.
• Own end-to-end product creation process, milestones, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align decisions with objectives.
• Lead reviews to drive timely decisions and cross-functional alignment.
• Improve speed-to-market, profitability, and scalability while maintaining brand excellence.
