UNRL is seeking a Head of Design to establish a cohesive design language across product categories and seasons. You will lead the design team, align color strategy, and translate consumer insight into compelling products that balance brand, performance, and manufacturability.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will mentor Men's and Women's Designers, partner with development, and push innovative solutions while preserving design intent and commercial viability across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience within premium apparel, golf, performance, athleisure, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience designing across Men’s and Women’s categories.
• Experience developing performance and technically constructed apparel.
• Experience helping build or evolve a recognizable brand design language.
• Experience within a fast-growing or entrepreneurial consumer brand.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a cohesive UNRL design language across categories, products, collections, and seasons.
• Own the seasonal color strategy and application across the assortment.
• Coach and develop the design team including Men’s and Women’s Designers.
• Translate consumer needs and product strategy into compelling products.
• Collaborate with Product Development to protect design intent while balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
• Lead design reviews and influence GTM milestones.
• Drive innovation balancing brand, consumer, and commercial goals.
