Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an IT Product Specialist (Remote) to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technology strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and own the backlog across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.

The role emphasizes AI/automation opportunities, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in product management or IT product roles.
Experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Visio.
Experience with platforms Web, Android, iOS, AEM, AWS.
Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Analytics and Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap with clear goals and release plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
Own and track the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
Partner with Engineering, QA, Data, UX/UI, DevOps, and cross-functional teams throughout SDLC.
Drive end-to-end product delivery, manage timelines and risks while aligning with objectives.
Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and adoption metrics to drive decisions.
