Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking a Product Lead to guide the strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment for the Child Welfare Reviews Project (CWRP) technology ecosystem, including CFSR DMS, Portal, OMS, and related training tools.

You will bridge program stakeholders, technical teams, security/compliance staff, and end users, ensuring modernization advances are driven by user needs, security, accessibility, and federal governance. Remote with travel for meetings and discovery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles, including modernization of complex systems.
• Experience in agile delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with program leaders, technical teams, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product vision and modernization roadmap for the CWRP IT ecosystem.
• Translate priorities into roadmap, backlog, and release plan.
• Lead discovery with stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, Cloud/O&M, ISSO, developers, QA, and change management.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance requirements are integrated.
