Job summary

ICF Olson in the United States is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to serve as the technical lead for a large-scale federal Contact Center Operations and Digital Modernization program.

The role requires broad enterprise architecture expertise, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and collaboration with Government stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Remote work within the US is allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 7+ years of experience serving in a solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program’s technical authority, establishing the technical vision, enterprise architecture strategy, and modernization roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while promoting a high-performing environment.
• Partner with Program Managers and Government stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives and program goals.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Lead design and evolution of enterprise architectures across cloud, applications, data, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives through cloud-native architectures, API-driven solutions, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and DevSecOps practices.
• Establish architecture governance, engineering standards, review processes, and best practices.
