Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant product management certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and drive new product development strategies.
• Translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Manage pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent customer needs to executives and external partners.
• Own and manage all products within the Communications portfolio.
• Drive go-to-market activities and marketing literature for Primex products.
• Support development of pricing strategies and analyze market data.
