Job summary

IMO Health is seeking a Product Manager for the Terminology Platform to define and execute the product strategy for foundational terminology capabilities, including the Knowledge Graph, reference data sets, and external content partnerships.

You will translate market needs and clinical knowledge strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes, working across Product, Engineering, Legal, Growth, and Customer teams to drive content expansion, interoperability, and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with clinical terminology, healthcare data, or related field.
• 5+ years in Clinical Informatics.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge and interoperability standards.
• Ability to translate complex needs into product strategy, roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across disciplines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Terminology Platform.
• Partner with leadership to shape the platform vision and knowledge graph approach.
• Own content expansion roadmaps and commercialization readiness for clinical domains.
• Translate customer and market needs into business cases and user stories for cross-functional teams.
• Improve content creation velocity, quality, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Coordinate external content and vendor strategy in line with market needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Growth, Support, and Customer teams to manage dependencies.
