Job summary

Concero seeks a Product Lead to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital products. You will translate priorities into outcomes, manage a healthy backlog, and partner with stakeholders, Digital teams, and vendors to plan releases. You will guide roadmap decisions using adoption data and feedback.

You will refine acceptance criteria, coordinate with analysts, and ensure delivery teams understand the work. This role emphasizes stakeholder communication and change management.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the product roadmap for one or more assigned products.
• Owns the product lifecycle from intake through adoption and sustainment.
• Translates business strategies and stakeholder needs into clear product outcomes.
• Maintains a healthy backlog reflecting valuable work and balancing demand, debt, risk.
• Facilitates regular backlog refinement with well-understood, sized items.
• Defines acceptance criteria with stakeholders and delivery teams; validates outcomes.
• Ensures maintenance work is tracked and updated in approved tools.
• Partners with Product Analysts on discovery, elaboration, testing, and changes.
• Collaborates with Digital teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Monitors product health via adoption, incidents, and stakeholder feedback to guide roadmap.
• Supports Tier-2 incident management by analyzing root causes and backlog gaps.
• Plans vendor or platform releases with testing and readiness activities.
• Manages day-to-day vendor relationships and communications.
• Delivers status updates on roadmap, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Contributes to change management for product releases.
