Job summary

Basecamp Research in Boston, USA seeks a highly capable Product Lead, Peptide Therapeutics to own the peptide platform as a commercial product. You will manage the market analysis, target product profiles, and pricing strategy, sitting between the model/science teams and business development.

You will define stage gates, prioritize platform capabilities for licensing, and lead the narrative, external communications and partner engagement with a cross-functional leadership team in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with peptide/protein/biologics experience.
• Proven ability to author TPPs, assessments and commercial cases.
• Experience shaping partnerships or platform deals with pharma companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence and pricing strategy for peptide therapeutics.
• Define target product profiles, stage gates, and go/no-go criteria.
• Own peptide product roadmap, packaging, and licensing models.
• Engage with partners, BD, scientific leadership and legal teams.
