Job summary

Trane is seeking a Product Manager for Data Center Hydronic Systems in North America. You will steer the strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and drive lifecycle management, new product development programs, and go-to-market activities to grow revenue and margin in the Data Center vertical.

You will collaborate with sourcing partners, conduct market research to define CTQs, and manage a multigenerational plan that aligns with the broader equipment strategy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management or strategic marketing experience.
• P&L leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree; technical degree preferred.
• MBA highly desired.
• Experience in Datacenters, HVAC industry and/or Lean experience preferred.
• Customer bias: passion for understanding our customer and how our domain can positively impact their business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Growth Team for the Hydronic Solutions segment in the Data Center vertical.
• Develop and execute the multigenerational MGPP with pricing, margins and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align portfolio roadmaps with system, services and contracting initiatives.
• Evaluate Make vs Buy decisions and potential M&A opportunities to support growth.
