Job summary

Ello is building the world’s first AI teacher to empower children globally. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own monetization—pricing, packaging, paywalls, trials, renewals, and winback.

You’ll craft the monetization model to sustain free access for many children while supporting growth. The role requires deep experience with mobile subscription revenue, experiments, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• You've owned consumer subscription revenue on mobile, on both iOS and Android.
• You've run paywall and pricing experiments yourself, and can show before/after results.
• You can build a subscription model and know what drives it (LTV, ARPU, churn, payback).
• You pull data with SQL or equivalent to define metrics and funnels.
• You know app store billing and can write specs for StoreKit/Play Billing.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing and packaging: free vs paid, subscription content, and costs.
• Own paywall and checkout, run experiments to improve them.
• Own post-payment flows: trials, renewals, dunning, cancellations, winback.
• Build monetization model to feed revenue forecasts.
• Create monetization reporting with the data team (LTV, ARPU, payback).
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, engineering, and design to ship features.
