Job summary

Midstream is an AI-native financial operating system for health systems. We’re seeking a Product Lead to build and scale product experiences at Midstream using frontier model capabilities, reporting to the VP of Product and owning high-impact areas of the roadmap.

You will translate market demand into focused execution, collaborate with customers, engineering and design, and ship MVPs quickly, evolving them into production-ready features powered by AI.

Qualifications

• A product builder with strong ownership.
• Customer-focused and execution-driven.
• Technically fluent with frontier models and data concepts.
• Strong communicator and able to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product bets based on customer and business needs.
• Own product development end-to-end from idea to launch.
• Work directly with customers to validate workflows and inform requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate requirements into scalable plans.
• Build and iterate on product capabilities leveraging latest model technologies.
