Job summary

CoreWeave in California is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Platforms Lead to own the vision and delivery of our AI-driven intranet, a single front door to company knowledge, tools, and workflows.

You will collaborate with Communications, People/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team to design policy, governance, and long-term platform strategies. This is a ground-up build with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital workplace or internal platform products.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into product strategy.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across teams.
