Lunos Inc. is hiring its first product-focused role in New York. You will report directly to our Founder & CEO Duncan and work closely with customers, engineering, and the GTM team to build AI-powered agentic products that improve customer accounts and performance.

You will balance hands-on product work with customer success, learning fast and delivering practical features that scale with our growing business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate rapid learning and problem-solving ability.
• A STEM/quantitative degree is preferred and a technical curiosity is essential.
• Experience with data-driven decision making is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience and ongoing customer enablement of the product.
• Shape product direction from customer conversations and data, prioritizing work with impact.
• Implement small changes directly and guide engineering on scalable solutions.
• Support the founder on strategy and collaborate with GTM to win new business.
