Job summary

Roadie, a UPS company, is seeking a Product Lead to shape the internal operations product pillar and drive scalable experiences for managing work, investigat ing issues, taking action, and resolving cases. You will lead high‑priority initiatives with a hands‑on player‑coach approach.

You will define the roadmap, build AI‑driven tools while maintaining safeguards, and grow a small team to improve efficiency and operator confidence across Roadie’s operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in internal tools or complex workflows.
• Proven player-coach leader, capable of guiding execution while developing teammates.
• Ability to transform manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.

Responsibilities

Roadie is looking for a Product Lead to shape the systems that keep our operations moving. You will set the vision for our internal operations product pillar, building intuitive, scalable experiences that improve how teams manage work, investigate issues, take action, and resolve cases. Your work will empower internal teams to operate with greater speed, confidence, and autonomy while directly improving operational performance and the experience Roadie delivers every day.

This is a hands‑on player‑coach role. You will manage and develop a small team of product professionals while directly leading high‑priority initiatives that improve how Roadie’s internal teams operate.

What You’ll Do

• Establish clear goals and success metrics focused on efficiency, resolution quality, self‑service, and user satisfaction
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand operational needs, align priorities, and deliver meaningful business outcomes
• Create clear product ownership and strong operating practices across interconnected systems and workflows
• Serve as a hands‑on product leader, directly driving critical initiatives while managing and developing a small team
• Hire and onboard additional product talent as the organization grows

What You Bring

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal tools, operational platforms, or complex workflow products
• Experience as a player‑coach, leading product execution while managing and developing product talent
• A track record of transforming complex, manual processes into intuitive, scalable solutions
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and experience defining meaningful success metrics
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross‑functional stakeholders
• A high bar for internal user experiences and the same product rigor you would bring to customer‑facing products
• A practical, AI‑forward mindset, including sound judgment about when to automate and when human oversight is essential
