Daytona is seeking a Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our core platform - the agent-native runtime layer powering modern software development. In this role, you’ll define how developers and AI systems interact with Daytona, guiding the evolution of our products from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and design to shape experiences that transform how code is built, tested, and deployed.

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Daytona’s core platform and enterprise solutions
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to define priorities and deliver impactful features
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
Deeply understand developer workflows and pain points to create meaningful solutions
Use data, feedback, and research to guide product decisions and validate outcomes
Ensure a user-centric approach across every stage of product development
Partner with marketing and community teams to communicate product updates and gather insights from users
Have experience leading product development for technical or developer-facing tools
Understand software development processes and can work fluently with engineering teams
Think strategically but execute pragmatically - balancing vision with iteration
Are an excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Have a track record of shipping impactful products that solve real user problems
Care deeply about empowering developers and improving how software gets built
