• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading technical or manufacturing-focused programs.
• Proven success bringing products into high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and operations teams through product commercialization.
• Proven people leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for complex customer programs.
• Direct multiple concurrent development and manufacturing transfer projects from kickoff through production.
• Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful introduction of products into high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor project performance and proactively resolve schedule, cost, and technical issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and executive-level updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead product launches into domestic and international manufacturing facilities.
• Support both new product introduction and contract manufacturing programs.
• Improve project execution processes and standardize best practices.
