Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator in South Charleston, OH to support new product development and launches in a manufacturing environment. You will work with project leaders, engineering, quality, production, and customers to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and track milestones.

The role is fully onsite, permanent, with opportunities to engage in continuous improvement, BOM management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple customer programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and program support.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage documentation and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong skills in project tracking, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with BOM management, engineering support, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities in collaboration with project leaders and engineering teams.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Track launch milestones and support successful product launches.
• Engage in customer communication to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support and manage schedules for cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate risk tracking and ensure proactive measures are implemented.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering support activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and schematic reading.
