Job summary

QuickCruit is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Coral Gables, FL to oversee coordination between sales, ports of entry, and production for our core products. You will consolidate forecasts, establish weekly demand plans, and manage inventory reporting to support timely shipping and quota attainment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related Supply Chain, Business or International Commerce from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product coordination between sales, ports of entry, and production areas.
• Coordinate inventory management for North America ports and support sales tasks to meet quotas.
• Consolidate the sales forecast and establish the weekly demand plan for production.
• Manage data entry and reporting for the category.
• Conduct multiple weekly touchpoints to update sales, upper management, and production teams.
• Send daily inventory reports and track inventory and carryover.
• Develop strategies to mitigate shortages for daily truck loading.
• Balance oversells between ports and coordinate with traffic, sales, and ports to ensure smooth truck loading.
• Assist in all other projects as assigned.
