Epsilon offers a Product Intern role where you will support Product Managers on real initiatives and features, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and user stories. You’ll work with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to Agile processes and Jira.

The 11-week summer Intern Program provides professional development, projects, and potential full-time consideration. The role is hybrid with 2 days/week in the office.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Interest in Product Management, technology, digital marketing, customer experience
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and thinking critically about how things could work better.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in collaborating with others.
• Organization and the ability to manage assignments and deadlines.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to ask questions.
• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, concepts, and ways of working.

Mansioni

• Support Product Managers on real product initiatives and features.
• Learn how customer and business needs are translated into product requirements and user stories.
• Participate in product planning, brainstorming, and design discussions.
• Conduct research and organize information to help inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and other areas of the business.
