Job summary

Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, offers a Product Intern role designed to teach the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll work with Product Managers, engineers, designers and other partners while gaining practical AI experience.

The role is hybrid, requiring about two days per week in the office, and is an 11-week summer program with formal development and potential for full-time opportunities. You’ll learn how product requirements and user stories translate business needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in Product Management and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Clear communication and collaboration.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and methods.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers on real initiatives and features.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Participate in planning, brainstorming, and design discussions.
• Conduct research to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and others.
• Document requirements and project updates and next steps.
• Gain exposure to Agile practices and Jira.
• Assist in product testing from a user perspective.
• Identify questions and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute ideas to real business challenges.
