Epsilon offers a Product Intern role that provides hands-on experience supporting our PeopleCloud platform. You’ll work with product managers, engineers and designers to turn customer and business needs into meaningful product solutions.

This hybrid internship (in-office 2 days/week) is designed for students exploring Product Management or technology careers and includes an 11-week summer program with professional development, networking, and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program in a related field.
• Interest in Product Management and technology.
• Enjoy solving problems and thinking critically about improvements.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Organizational skills to manage deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support Product Managers on real product initiatives and features.
• Learn how customer and business needs translate into product requirements.
• Participate in product planning, brainstorming, and design discussions.
• Conduct research to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI and cross-functional teams.
• Help document requirements, decisions and project updates.
• Gain exposure to Agile ways of working and Jira.
• Assist in product testing from a user perspective.
• Identify opportunities and improvements throughout development.
