Nordstrom, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Product Integrity & Quality Assurance professional to safeguard factory data, testing and inspections.

You will drive CAP/RCA data, oversee QA defects, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep the supply chain compliant and efficient. The role requires 2+ years in apparel/footwear product development, strong organizational skills, and accountability for factory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in apparel or footwear product development and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of garment/product construction and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Nordstrom’s product, culture and business practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and data tracking across sources.
• Good judgment for day-to-day issue resolution.
• Ability to hold factories and partners accountable.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Willingness to learn new processes and identify trends.
• Experience with overseas vendors/manufacturers.
• Proficient in MS Office and FLEXPLM.

Responsibilities

• Own Factory Empowerment Program tracking, ensuring factories maintain valid test reports, inspect uploads and inspector certifications.
• Manage CAP/RCA data and hold factories accountable for timely submission.
• Manage inspection and testing report data from OSC with accuracy for analysis.
• Manage testing results and sample shipment through resolution.
• Lead assessment of QA defects and organize internal audits with cross-functional team.
• Meet regularly with Manager and Senior Manager to review results and trends.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials.
• Manage daily/seasonal CPSC data sets and submission to BV.
• Lead cross-functional ad hoc projects and priorities.
